I've been taking a vitamin B complex mainly for depression and fatigue. At first it worked great, I had TONS of energy, but my body must of gotten used to taking it because now I don't notice any difference.

I have food allergies too! I'm sensitive to wheat, milk, soy, garlic, chocolate, vanilla, eggs, apples and much more. I tried once to restrain from these foods but it didn't do much to my allergies, so now I just eat whatever :ohwell:

have you tried Nature Valley granola thins? They only have 80 calories and always fix my sweet tooth! You can get them with chocolate or peanut butter, they're really good you should give'em a try!

this happened to me when I first started. For the first week I did nothing but gaining weight despite all my efforts. However, now on week four the weight is starting to go down. I also started doing more cardio and less strength training.

I've been doing the sports active too. It really kicks me in the butt! Sometimes more so than exercise DVD's.

I put popcorn kernels in a bucket and let him dig around with shovels and cups, he LOVES it! Hes only two but will sit there and play with it for as long as I let him.

I've been having the same problem. Been here for almost a month now and went from being a couch potato and eating all day to working out and monitoring my calories and haven't lost anything! In fact i've been gaining. Its been so frustrating!

I had Chinese last night and this morning I was up 4 lbs from yesterday, and I ate half the amount that I would normally eat :(

I never would have the guts to wear skinny jeans however they were on clearance at Target so I grabbed a pair. Of course they don't find me yet, but my goal is to be able to wear them by my birthday! (Sept)

I had the same thing happen to me when I first started, except I went up 5 pounds! Almost a month later and the weight is finally starting to come off, but very slowly. I'm just glad its going down and not up again :)

I totally agree...actually I could only stand to watch about half of it. I had no idea what was going on half the time!

I watched that awhile back and immediately changed the way I ate. I tried to eat at least 50% raw foods and made everything organic!

Do you get a lot of preasure in your ears? Sometimes mine fill up with fluid and pop when I work out. I have no idea why, but I do have very bad allegies so I blame it on those.

Its pretty good, but there's only 3 workouts and speaking for myself I like more variety or else I get bored.
