Bump!!! I have the same problem, I eat very good on the weekdays and for some reason I bing and eat all the bad foods on the weekends :-( trying to work on it.

1) Lose 1 lb or more 2) No eating after 6pm 3) Eat right 4) Exercise on the days I work

im 5'1" i started at 188 lbs which is over obese :frown: i have lost 12 lbs so far now im at 176, my goal is to be 125-130 lbs. It is not easy to lose weight when ur short its alot of hard work and ups and down, just have to keep going:smile: :drinker:
