Gosh - I just don't get that...I mean, the basic math is always calories in vs. calories out (yes, I'm well aware that's not the case)...but I guess the general consensus is to up the cals...definitely worth a try, I guess! Thanks!

Yes, I've talked to my trainer about it - and he keeps telling me the same thing, but I cannot wrap my head around eating more...if that makes sense...He wants me up around 1800 cals (intake) daily...yikes - NO WAY!

Last time I was at the gym, I was on that same machine (not mumbling to myself), and some young kid was blatantly staring at my crotch.
