I spent 75 % of my day at the doctor's office for my son and myself.....in between doctor visits, I was at the pharmacy.......went to Subway for lunch instead of McDonalds or Wendys. Happy day!

Previous Weight 199 Current Weight 199 Although I did introduce some exercise, I didn't stick to my 1200 calories a day. Found that cutting that drastically made me binge eat at night when I got home from work. Plan on sticking to 1500 a day this week, adding exercise each day, and upping my intake of water. I'm in also! I HAD lost over 20 lbs but gained 10 when my husband and I went on vacation. Then with the holidays...well, at least I maintained and didn't gain anymore! Asked for and received an exercise bike for Christmas and plan on hitting the gym again at least twice a week. I CAN DO THIS!!!!
