I've noticed more people will just strike a conversation with me and I get hugged a lot more. Maybe it has to do with being happier in general but I still see the same person in the mirror. It's only when I compare pictures do I see the difference.

I feel like I'm in the same boat. My roommate weighs 108, drinks a ton and doesn't work out, but I've noticed she doesn't eat much. My longest is 5.5 mile in about 50 minutes. I tend to do 3-4 miles a few times a week. One of my goals is to do a half marathon :)

I'm 5'5 started at 190 in Jan 2013 and am currently about 155. My goal is 145 and I am kind of struggling with these last 10 pounds. I try to work out 4 times a week doing cardio and weights. My issue is eating the wrong foods when I up my calories or when i stop logging.
