I'm 5'4, my heaviest was 178 when I started back on MFP (for the 3rd time at the end of May). I'm now 158. My goal is also 135 for now. So I'm right there with you! I'm a bit older though 38 ;-)

I'm somewhere around 5'5'' and 5'6'' and my goal weight is 135 and my start weight was around 155, current weight 148. Although, I know it's going to be really hard for me to get to 135, I think 140 is realistic enough because I'm already a very active person, I don't have a lot to lose at all.

All I recommend is to eat a big healthy breakfasts, make frozen fruit smoothies w/protein if you can after workouts and when you workout, do more in less time. That could mean strength training or HIIT which works really well for burning off the fat.

I'm 5'5", 44 y/o and currently at 133-135 lbs. I started about a year ago and switched to maintenance sometime in March. I still weigh, measure and log everything I eat, take Zumba classes 2-3x a week and strength training 3 days a week. Also just started C25K and hoping I survive the nine weeks.

I am 5'5" and weighed 170.5 when I registered with MFP in January of last year. There's been about an 8 month period while I did finals, graduated, and adjusted to a new job where I just maintained at 145, but I'm at 125.5 right now. I have a few more pounds to go as far as loss, and then I plan to work on my muscle tone. :flowerforyou:

I'm 5'5 started at 190 in Jan 2013 and am currently about 155. My goal is 145 and I am kind of struggling with these last 10 pounds. I try to work out 4 times a week doing cardio and weights. My issue is eating the wrong foods when I up my calories or when i stop logging.

I'm 38, 5'4". After 2 kids and letting myself go over the last 10 years, I was 177 last summer. When I signed up to MFP in March, I was 171lbs. I am 153lbs right now and my goal is 140lbs.
Slow and steady, it works for me.
I don't go to the gym (but I wish I would...just not in the budget), I just watch what I eat (and record EVERY.SINGLE.BITE!!), walk on the treadmill 3 times a week and try to move with the kids.
