I think I'd have to do fast days on days when I don't run. When I get back from a run I'm STARVING! I don't eat before I run as I generally run at 5.30am! So glass of squash/water for breakfast. An all in one type gym thingy lucy. I mainly bought it because it had a squat rack and lat pull down attachment. I tried to use the leg attachment where you work the front of your legs, can't think of the name of it this right now tbh but anyway couldn't get my legs in, too big!! lol Feel better this morning though, did…

I got up this morning to do some strength training but the equipment that I've bought I'm too fat to get into! I have to admit I had a bit of a breakdown and then gave up, so didn't actually do anything constructive at all. :-(

up again this morning. run 1 of week 6. 12 min run!! had to slow it down for the last 5 mins as it was getting a bit much. But not by much and at least I did it!!

Well I did it and the first 8 mins was tough but the 10 mins, wow that was hard and I'm feeling it now. Wasn't so much with the my breathing or anything, my legs just ached.......! But I did it!! :-)

I was up this morning after my week enforced break. And it felt great!

I still keep waking up at 5.30 but I just daren't do anything just yet. although I might try going for a walk tomorrow morning. Can't hurt myself more going for a walk right?!

*sigh* I'm still having problems with my back and I couldn't quite face getting up. :( Will go for a walk later instead. Getting fed up now.

Normally I do strength training on a Tuesday and Thursday but I'm a bit concerned about my lower back so I've given it a miss this week and just sticking to a run on the other 3 days. Will be up again tomorrow!!

week5 run 2 run has been completed! 8 mins straight was tough going but I did it!! Also decided that foam roller is my new best friend, don't ache half as much using that after my run this morning!

Today was a cardio day for me and I did week 5 run 1, 5 mins than 7 mins than 5 mins runs!! I did them, was a little chuffed.

Tried them again this morning since I did my injury last week (which is much better now). Trouble is I simply couldn't do them without hurting myself. I do not have the upper body strength to hold myself up which is putting strain on my back. I'm going to try alternatives until I've built my upper body strength up a bit.…

Grrrr, have pulled a muscle in my lower back lifting yesterday so I decided to sit it out this morning and set my alarm for a bit later. What happened? Woke up at 5.30am as normal!!! LOL So I just laid there waiting for the alarm to go off at 6.15am! Back does feel better today, but I just don't want to risk it. Will see…

Well I managed a couple today by rolling onto the ball rather than trying to get my legs onto them. However I have done myself an injury and hurt my lower back. :-( Not sure if it was that exercise or just a very bad co-incidence. I've had a heat patch on my back all afternoon. Bugger. Fingers crossed it will get better…

Was up again at 5.30 this morning, in the 'gym' (also known as the spare room!) by 5.45am.
