I could care less about the person next to me in the gym because I go to the gym for ME after being at home all day with 3 small kids I look forward to my gym time alone so I crank my MP3 player up and grab what ever treadmill or eliptical or bike are open and go to it then off to the weight room for the rest :)

I wear mine all the time other than in water and I let fitbit do the cals for me since I normaly jog as a workout or take long walks. give it time new exercise / weight training can make your body hold onto some water weight for alittle while but it will come off how is your sodium if its been up drink some water to flush the body its only been a week !!!! and honestly the body needs rest days working out everyday and be under on cals may be the problem…

are you eatting enough? I`m 163 and 5foot 5inches and set at 1590 cals before exercise and I`m still loosing if I eat less I tend to get stuck my body really dosen`t like less than the 1590 net
