its one day enjoy it I went to the fair two weeks ago and had half a funnel cake , a pepsie 20oz and didn`t regret it for a second I ate my main meal before I went but even if I hadn`t I would not have worried about one fair meal out

don`t have this problem because once I`m done with mytowel and wash cloth they go in the wash as do my hubbys. Why would you re-use a wash cloth eeeeww especialy during TOM they go straight to the machine to be cleaned no chance for anyone else to use.

IMO heavy less reps I do 5-8 reps once I can easily do 8 I up my weight

you need to eat your exercise cals aim for to get close or at your NET total

Hide I don`t think I have even hurd of any of the restraunts you have listed. I know I was shocked at how many cals I ate in just a chicken sandwich and frys at Friendlys a while on vacation

nothing If I want it I eat it but I do messure or weigh it now so I know how much I`m eatting and can acount my day for it ( moderation )

propor portion control I haven`t cut anything out of my diet but I keep portion size in check and what cals I have avalible for the day. Before MFP I was drinking about a 12pack of pepsie a day :( Now I might have one every other day if that :)
