3-4 days strength training ( 3 with free weights one with gym machines ) 4-5 days cardio some days intence other just a brick walk I get bored easily so I mix things up alot

didn`t say that she would not gain strength I SAID she could not get bulky which she will not and its not possible for a woman to get bulky without eatting a TON over her maintance or taking enhancers.

its not possible on a calorie deficit for a woman to get bulky from lifting weights so lift heavy.

wow that is so not true I got my first period at age 7 yes 7 years old I was in the first grade and was not fat I was pretty middle of the road as a kids (not the super skinny but not even pudgy as a kid). I use the above bench and my curling bar/pad at home also (I aim to lift heavy for 6-8 reps if I can get more than 8 its time to up the weight) then At the gym I do dead lifts , squats and a few machines for strength

jogging stroller take them to the park and play (not sit and watch but get up and play) have a play yard place them inside with them toys and do a dvd dance / or zumba all the kids even the baby likes to move to music I have a 7year old 5year old and 16month old and get 60-90min in 5days a week

mostly just track calories :) but I do like to have my Protein higher than MFP sets me at and I like to keep my sodium below where MFP set me at and its working well for me so far :)

I agree with the others how big is the container your buying. I use body fortress that you can get 2pounds of at walmart for 15.00 and that lasts me an entire month have one / two shakes a day other than Sundays as thats my rest day from exercise so I don`t make shakes that day either ( I use one scoop per shake )

Yes I`m hopeing to be in my goal weight range around Christmas / New Years time. I`m currently floating between 168-167 with a goal to be in the 140`s range ( 149-140 and I`m happy ).

I have to agree with the other person that mentioned 30day shred its a great workout in all but my arms really saw a difference after doing that vidieo and level one is free on Utube also push-ups

TJmax has awesome selections of workout clothing. I also like to dress sexyier while I work out at home and hubby enjoys my sexyier styles as well :) ETA-- I don`t wear make-up to workout in ever thats just wrong lol I sweat make-up runs not a good combo
