my goal for the day is to take the baby out for a jog in the jogging strolller this afternoon then tonight go to the gym for some elliptical time and lifting :) and get a min of 10 8oz cups of water in :)

1.) drink at least 10 8oz cups of water a day 2.) keep my protein amounts up 3.) Lift weights 3-4 nights a week and lift heavy 4.) cardio 4-5 nights a week 5.) remember rest days are important take one once in awhile :)

2011 Nissan Murano and I LOVE it <3 I can fit 3 full size car seats across the back seat and it has a HUGE back end for shopping or what ever else I want to hall. Its got get up and go yet is still pretty good on gas. Front seats are nice and roomy and lots of features standard.

I normaly log my entire day after my morning workout 1. that lets me know how many exercise cals i have to work with 2. I exercise on an empty stomach so its really logging the entire day

pretty simple I had two babies within 22months time and got very lazy while not watching my portions

I`m a D cup and have been since about age 12 lmbo its just genetics. I use balley`s brand sports bra`s ( buy them at Sam`s club in a two pack for 15.00 ) under a compression tank it works wonders.

I would think you would be thrilled to not need a surgery and that your able to do this yourself now. I`m sorry but I just don`t get why your upset at a good thing surgery should be an absolute last resort IMO and clearly your doing just fine at working it yourself
