  • cook in some extra virgin olive oil it will boost the cals without making you eat more just add it to the food your already eatting ( I drizzle it over my veggies and roast them in the oven yummy ) peanut butter grab a spoon and take a few cals add up fast and you don`t need to eat alot at all any kind of nut
  • Unless the first day falls on a Sunday I exercise and exercise hard ( Sunday`s are my rest days ) and actualy exercise has made my monthly shorter and MUCH less cramps
  • i have about 25 that I still want to drop and its taking alot longer now just broke threw a 4month platue finaly and seeing some progress again thank goodness hope it keeps going

  • your not eatting enough up your cals more check your BMR ( example as a woman and 5foot 5inches tall my bmr is 1519 cals just to live you as a male are eatting less than I as a woman need to live dose that make sence for a man to need less? )

  • Eat a single serving and move onto vegies ( single serving for the chips I normaly eat is about 15 chips and thats plenty IMO so I`m normaly good after that and yes I was a big chip eatter back in the day lol but now een I just don`t crave them anymore and if they do catch my eye the single serving works just fine )
  • curious how you ladies that put it in your bra don`t damage it? I Sweat!! and when I say sweat I mean there is a pool on the ground at the gym I need to clean up before I leave and my Bra is wet enough I can wring it out as is my shirt and most of my pants.
  • I don`t tell anyone that I`m counting cals and if they ask how I`ve lost my weight I show them my gym card normaly shuts them up. Even my hubby dosen`t really know he knows I`m on MFP but not really sure what I do other than chat and post my workouts lol
  • ^^^^ this when I started out at the gym back at my starting weight of 213 pounds no one looked at me while i was walking around or working out NOW at 169 I feel like I have eyes on me constantly from both genders

  • great work I am right about at your starting weight and just started lifting heavy two months ago and already have seen a great improvement as well :) I love your photo idea I may need to start taking a weekly photo
  • its water weight from changeing things up its common drink some more water and re-weigh in a few days you`ll be fine. Also do make sure you eat most to all those cals back that you burned

  • I actully burn quite abit pushing my double jogging stroller while jogging ( 70ish pounds of kids since there are two little ones in the stroller). the burn really is quite different each time I go out and the effort I put into the jog but its normaly almost double what I would burn just jogging alone.

  • I have gotten stopped a number of times and I always help them out not a biggie at all it only takes a second or two to explain directions (most of the time they are really close to where they are trying to go just new to the area and missed it) plus I live in the city so its pretty common

  • your right on about the workout being a cross road. I love my kettlebell`s and I use Bob Harper inside out method kettlebell sculpted body dvd and its a GREAT workout
  • While I don`t consider myself small at a 36D I don`t think I could ever go without a good sports bra even if I ever got down to a smaller cup size. Plus my regular bra`s are $$$ I think the last one I ordered from fredricks was 58.00 plus shipping not something I want to sweat all over and get smelly at the gym kwim.
