Zig zagging is upping and lowering your calories for a period of time. It confuses your system and works your metabolism. I'm sure there is a better definition but this is mine and I do it. :) I

I weigh in daily also but I am finding that it is not a great idea. When I wake up in the morning and I weigh the same as I did yesterday morning, it's a little disheartening. I need to put the scale away and trust that I am doing well enough everyday. By the time a week goes by, I'm sure the feeling will be much greater…
