Just noticing that lots of us in this challenge must have had the same kind of week/weekend = some pounds gained or, at least, no pounds lost. So glad I was not the only one! But my downward trend seems to have returned this week.

I have the same issue. What I have done is look at the time it took me to complete the route. Then I look at what is already entered in the exercise choices. For instance, if it took me 30 minutes at the rate of walking/jogging at 3.5 mph, then I enter 30 minutes of "walking at 3.5 mph." Lately I have been able to complete…
