    09/12: 128.8 Not as great as last week. Went to the Dutch Oven open house this weekend, sampled free Amish food, and also brought some home.
    09/19: 130 :cry: Not feeling well this week...Too tired to exercise...but still had an appetite to eat..especially bad for you foods.:cry: I hope to start feeling better soon...and back to losing... My NSV for the week... my hubbie told me I had a cute butt.:bigsmile:

    I have hopes for the next two weigh in's as I believe my leg has finally recovered and I'll be able to start running again. Note to self: always have a weekly rest day since you haven't seen the 20s in a really long time.

    I'm keeping 140 as my goal as I was 144 on 8/31 (before the leg issue). I think with the increased exercise, and making better weekend choices, I'll be close, although 143 is more likely than 140 at this point. But where would we be without hope??

    Congrats to everyone this week! Looks like most people are seeing the scale moving in the right direction. LOL I on the other hand didn't :grumble: I hope we all have a great week though and it improves with this week.

    Our winner this week is MEMoggridge with a loss of 4.6 pounds! I know that she had been struggling with the scale so it is nice to see it move in the right direction! CONGRATS!!

    2nd place goes to ZOE67 with a drop of 3.4 pounds this week!

    The 3rd place person is Noodlespoon with a loss of 3.1pounds!

    Stay tuned for the optional weekly challenge. It will run from Wednesday to next Monday.
