    1) i always go above and beyond 8 cuparoos (you will always see me with a bottle in hand hehe
    2) wish i knew how i got to be 278 at my heaviest...I was drinking ALOTTTT!!! like EVERYDAY..i know alcohol played a huge part in gaining
    Oh my goodness!

    I think there should be two parts to this weeks challenge.

    1) Make sure we drink our 8 cups of water each day as this is essential to weight loss and helping our body to function.

    2) This is taken from another challenge that i am taking part in but i think it is very important to ask yourself, and share if you feel comfortable with doing so, why and how you got to where you are today. If you can identify what went wrong and why, you are on the first step to putting it right.

    Just wanted to say: I hate water weight. I truly do. It takes 2 days to show up, and 5 days to leave. THis week, I'm not sure if the problem is salt or bread, but I'm +5.

    NSV: You can feel my ribs. Easily. Wouldn't go so far as to say you can see them, but you can feel them. It's been many years since they didn't have a nice layer of fat. Plus my husband is calling me "skinny" and I actually am starting to believe him. Not that there isn't plenty of fat still to get rid of, but I can see changes.

    Just noticing that lots of us in this challenge must have had the same kind of week/weekend = some pounds gained or, at least, no pounds lost. So glad I was not the only one! But my downward trend seems to have returned this week.

    I might end up having to start reporting the results first thing on Wednesday morning instead...we shall see how my schedule works out.

    Kittu125 is our biggest loser with a 10 pound drop!!! She is down 6.22% of her body!!
    Second place goes out to tanyaMax for being down 4 pounds this week!!
    Third place goes to Sweetness1503 with 3 pounds gone!

    Great work everyone! I love seeing all of the encouraging convos on the thread. It really helps to keep everyone motivated.

    This week we are missing 36% of our 75 participants. Next week I will be deleting people that haven't checked in a single time since the start.
