I believe in all actuality...it IS cheaper to eat unhealthy food than it is to eat healthy food. Anything that is good for you is always more expensive to purchase. My grocery bill is higher now then when I was eating a lot of junk....

Anything with a cream sauce will be higher fat...and the cheese as well...Even though that's what I would probably pick just because i've never had it before... but the salmon is healthier...Fish is usually a better healthier option anyways...as long as it's not fried!

Anything you use Ground Beef for, you use ground turkey...if you want it as a burger, spice it up really good!

Pumpkins, leaves changing colors...brisk morning air when I'm out for a walk..Football...more cinnamon/nutmeg or just spicier smells from baking...it's not too hot and not too cold...it's just right weather....and CANDY CORN!!!! lol

Try some powder underneath to keep it dry...OR it could be you've become allergic to the detergent you're using and it's irritating the skin...If you're getting damp from sweating, that can cause it... Take one day and CHEAT! that has worked for me...It seems like it just kicks my metabolism back in when i do that...and looks like you're changing up your workout routine a bit..that's good...it'll take a bit of time, but it should start coming back... Eat as many of your exercise calories as possible...it DOES help...

Mix up your workouts...do a little more interval(high energy spurts, with low energy time)...If you typically don't eat your exercise calories back, begin to do that too...or at least most of them...
