I buy a large container of Fage Greek Yogurt at Walmart for 3.53 and then eat 1/2 cup servings out of it.. I also buy Polaner all fruit and put 1 tblsp(serving size) of it in the yogurt and stir...cheaper that way...

Don't let your caloric intake go down! You actually need to eat your calories suggested by mfp, if you have them set right AND eat back your exercise calories..to lose weight. 8 hours can be too much for you if it makes you more tired the next day after having slept that long...My optimal sleep hours is actually 7 hours. If I sleep too less or too much, I am exhausted the next day....
