Not all salads are created equal. Nothing sounds healthier than a salad, right? It may be, but not if you add he wrong ingredients. For example, a classic Cobb salad with chopped bacon, egg, blue cheese, avocado, and creamy dressing, or a standard restaurant chef’s salad loaded with Swiss cheese, roast beef, eggs and…

Ah, but the Quaker smores bar really isn't as healthy... And as to the fat, no fat doesn't make you fat but there is healthy fat and unhealthy fat and ppl need to know the difference.. This recipe can be modified to anyone lower fat, lower carb, lower calorie..etc..diet...this is just a start. And boy is it GOOD!!!

Just remember, after you hit 30, that metabolism you have right now will begin slowing down....then you'll be watching again, calories & exercise. Once you're in your 40's it's slowed even more...and think about even a 2lb gain a year continuing until you're 60 and above...where will you be at then? Your metabolism has…

to lose more than 2lbs a week consistently is not really healthy...Yes, you may have a dramatic weight drop at first in any diet you start on...but to keep that weight off longer, no more than 2lbs a week is highly recommended and safer.. there will be times you won't lose a thing either. You'll plateau a bit as well...…

it's just one of those things where your body decided to shed some extra pounds!!! Now if you were doing that every week, then I'd worry, but not if it's just this once or in the beginning of your dieting. And losing 2lbs a week is good...a person should not lose more than that regularly..... Keep up the good work!!!

Definitely go with the gym down the street!!!

Protein is great for getting you leaner...and repairing your muscles after a hard workout. I try to eat MORE than the 30% recommended, but in doing that, you've got to be drinking LOTS of water as well....

I think we all do have that issue...because some of us can be at a great weight, but since the Gov. decided to make health standards on the "average" person, none of us can possibly fit it...up or down.

Inches count a lot too!! I stayed at 125 for two weeks, then went up to 126 the third week and the fourth week down to 124.5. We'll see how Mondays weigh in goes this week! when you hit a plateau, look at what you are eating: sodium intake, carb intake....AND if you're even eating enough!!! Don't always eat below your…

If it's been a long time since you worked out...yeah, you did too much. If it hurts and you've been doing it pretty regular, it could be your form...

Sometimes...it's the way we stand...our posture will also make our tummy "bloat" out....Drinking water, eating our foods..they all have that effect on your body.......
