www.zumbacalories.com....it gives you calories on the LOW side....

An hour will burn 500-1000...so maybe average it out....It's hard to really know unless you have a Heart Rate Monitor that will monitor the calories as well....

Any potato chips...any chocolate...any cookies...Anything like that that I shouldn't eat much of.....OH LORD!! When it's in the house and I know it...watch out!!!! Terrible thing......

They are pretty good .. I liked the chicken mesquite best... And them being low in cals really helps...

Make sure you take rest days....I don't really see a problem with it because they are two different types of exercise and hit your body differently.....But that's just me.....

Definitely AFTER the workout....within 45 mins of your workout......yeah, a banana before or something very light....

Got to YOUTUBE....You'll find ALL KINDS of Zumba routines on there....some to popular music as well.... I'm an instructor and I tell my ladies to go there to get some to do at home on the days they can't make it to class!!!!

Cut out all sugars and white processed foods..eat whole grains even for your pasta and rice...eat more protein
