It is really annoying that I can't even interact with the friends I had on the NEWSFEED that is no longer there. I don't need or want to join a group.

  • Make sure you're eating all your calories..you won't lose if you're not eating enough..and a slow loss is better.. It stays off longer ... Plus watch how your clothes are fitting..you can be losing inches, which is just as important..
  • Are you eating enough ? If you're not, you won't lose weight... I found that out personally..you need to at least eat your minimum calories plus eat back your exercise calories....at least a part of those.

  • Chocolate AND chips!!!! Atkins Protein Bars in anything chocolate helps with that craving but as to the chips, I haven't found anything to replace them!!! Any ideas anybody???
  • I do the same thing girl! Some weekends, I do great..others, I totally mess up...and yet I'll still keep to those calories....I just sometimes eat horribly!!! It's like I'm so relaxed for the weekend that all bets are off!! And I really want to do good too!!

  • Yeah, when you hit a plateau you need to confuse your body...mix things up...do it in a different order than normal...up your calories a bit too...even take a day to cheat a bit(it confuses the body when you do that) I've even done where I didn't exercise for a week and then started back in after that week and it helped…

  • The only thing I'll say about Zumba Calories .com is that it calculates low...I have done as much as 930 cals in an hour at high intensity..and that's using an HRM......and at this site it calculates it as 506 cals....
