Good for you not being a doormat any longer! Words of advice from someone who has been there....work on you, don't worry about who might be out there for you, get comfortable with you first and figure out what you want for you before getting out there again! And congrats on BOTH weight losses!!!

Try adding some juice to it..then gradually decrease the amount of juice until your taste adjusts to the "taste" of water..I had to do that when I first started drinking water cuz I hated the taste of water...now I drink the heck out of water..

How active were you before pregnancy? Were you regularly exercising? Any kind of cardio or weights? If you weren't don't try to get into shape with the pregnancy...if you were, continue to do what you were doing before...but as you get farther along in your pregnancy, adjust how you're doing anything....

And as far as a veggie omelet goes.....make it a 3-4 egg white omelet with as many veggies as you want!! Track the calories eaten, and you'll actually be surprised at how low cal that is.... And eat a CARB with it!! Like, I eat a 1/2 a Sara Lee 90 Calorie Whole Wheat muffin along with mine.....

Good Lord!!! Peanut Butter was my saving Protein Grace when I was needing something sweet and filling! I would eat a couple of tablespoons at any one time... it's a good source of protein, so EAT UP!!

Yeah, don't worry a bit about not eating your calories..if you feel hungry then eat a bit...but otherwise, your body is just not up to having food... Feel better soon!

Use a French Onion soup...It's a broth based rather than a cream base....But I've never used a cream of soup anything in mine...Sometimes some Red Wine in it......

All I know is, once I started eating 5-6 times a day, I began losing weight. My blood sugar levels stayed level. I never have a drop in my sugar. Yep, peanut butter with an apple is good... Greek yogurt gives you lots of protein... Get some Sara Lee 90 calorie whole wheat muffins...eat 1/2 of one of those with your eggs... Definitely get some fruit when you're able to... I get those Buddig brand lunchmeats to give me extra protein without a lot of calories...only 90…

A little sour cream is not going to hurt anything...and there is low fat sour cream out there....Add more beans, less meat...If you do up your own chili, go to the recipe maker here on mfp and place in your ingredients, how many it serves and you'll have your calorie count as well...
