Lunges and Squats are the best for toning the butt...How is your form when you do them? Tighten your butt as your coming up and do them slowly... I never tried Protein Shakes for any type of meal replacement...I use them for my inbetween snacks as long as they don't go over 200 calories...they have to be high in protein and low sugar/low carb...

Yep, when you're not used to drinking so much, your body adjusts to that by getting rid of the excess as well as toxins in your system..it takes about a month or so for your body to adjust to it enough to slow down on hitting that bathroom every 15mins or so... I drink 8 or more a day typically but don't hit the bathroom…

You could also try some calorie cycling...I did it and within about 2 1/2 weeks I started dropping the weight again...I was stuck on a plateau for almost 5 weeks when I tried it...I had even switched up my exercise and it wasn't working....but the calorie cycling did....

Don't stay under your daily limit of calories! And eat some if not all of your exercise calories back....You will not lose weight unless you are getting enough calories for your body to work efficiently.....and it won't when you're not eating enough calories....

You definitely should be taking rest days because your body needs to have recovery days...Never work the same body parts every day either.. Cardio,Arms, shoulders one day....Cardio,back and chest the next day...take a rest day from weights but do cardio...etc....

If you stick with it...stay consistent and check out all the tips and hints..you'll do great!! Don't worry if its a slow go at first as slow and steady is better than FAST!! Everyone here is helpful and full of encouraging words.... You will love it!!!! =)

bouncing around like that for a couple of weeks..more than likely water weight....and that comes and goes daily... if you plateau like I did, 5 weeks long at the same weight, scale never moved!
