I hope you feel better soon. Since you started working out are you getting more vitamons and minerals than you were before? A lot of people I know start a workout program but they don't supplement to make up for a quicker depletion of the bodys store of vitamins and minerals so they always weaken there imune system instead…

Slimfast didnt help you get healthy it was other things you were doing. Slim fast made it a slower process. Slim fast has trans fats in it.

Slim fast is the most un healthy - health shake on the market that I know of. It's bad enough they contain artificial ingredients, low nutrient density, poor nutrient partitioning.. Eas is all junk. They put no care into the quality of their products. They are typically high in saturated fats, have virtually no biological availability , and every EAS product manufactured contains artificial ingredients. If you want to get healthy EAS is not the way to go they do not have your best interest at heart…

600 is an average beachbody figured. I know a lot of people who burn upwards of 800 even 1,000 calories per work out.

Ok i'll be more specific. Anything anaerobic is always going to burn more calories than anything aerobic. Using phrases or words like cardio training and strength training has different meanings depending on context.

I don't know how MFP works but muscle burns fat strength training over all burns more calories than just cardio. Strength training is the key to easier weight management while diet controls weight loss or gain

Sadly that doesnt work it just makes it worse. Your body is only capable of absorbing so many calories in one sitting. It needs to be spread out more evenly during the day or those calories will spill over into fat plus you'll have the added insult of a weaker metabolism making it even easier to put on more fat when those…
