  • Don't quit...not sure how old you are but as we get older our hormones dictate more...don't pay as much attention to the scale than as to measurments and how clothes fit.
  • You need a workout partner that will workout with you...that you agree to meet at a certain time. Get your kids involved...maybe you can all do martial arts or walking the neighborhood...how old your kids are will depend on what you can do.
  • I have the same issue...I eat a snack before Boxing...at 6pm...I go eat dinner...and usually have some calories left....I don't mind cause I do want to lose, however you will burn more if you can eat after cause you have your metabolism running.
