This is a life style change ....not a diet...if you mess up one day ...don't think you messed up forever....We can do it...avoid soda even diet...water, seltzer, herbal tea.0

Thanks everyone! Day one is almost over at least as far as eating and exercising goes, it almost 9pm in Ohio. Read what everyone wrote so nice hearing what everyone had to say and their tips. I think this is going to be the site for me. The hardest part is over, telling myself that I AM going to do it!0
