good question. i've found a lot of healthy recipes on there, too. so I'm going to only use it to find those. but i work an overnight job where it is 95% slow, and I've been using it to pass time! I can be bitter, if you catch me at the right time :wink:

I work in the domestic violence field. I think I'm too jaded to answer that question. :ohwell: But, in all reality yes. I've changed a bagillion times into the person I am today! But, I would wait to see some change before making a huge commitment!

I record extreme makeover weightloss edition. I left them sitting there all summer bc I knew if I watched I would get motivated to lose weight, and well, I wasn't quite ready yet. I'm ditching the trainer. Nervous has ****. I need to understand this anxiety about confronting situations. It's a problem. She is not benefiting me at all. This is my life, not hers. I don't know if I even want to trade trainers. I'll have to start all over. They will have their ideas. MFP can be my virtual PT. Mmmmk?
