This is how much of a visual person I am.
When I started on MFP I *thought* I weighed 279 because that was what I weighed 2months before.
Well, after *actually* stepping on the scale I really was 288.
So, MFP thinks I only have lost 3lbs as of now, with my weigh in at 277 this am.
I've lost 11 lbs since I started this journey.
I typed out 11lbs on my weigh in status. Just the other day it was 8. But, I didn't right down 8.
Writing 11lbs out, put it into reality.
O.M.G.
I've lost 11 lbs.
I did it.
I'm celebrating.
It isn't *only* 11 lbs.
It *is* 11 lbs.
I did it.
And I can take off the rest.
I'm still in shock.
I know its a small portion of the big picture, but STILL.
...still excited!!!

Well that sounds like a successful start right there. Why is the topic 'No success'? Good job and keep at it.0

Because in my head, I was not giving myself credit for the success.
I didn't think I was having any.0 -
You should be excited! Congrats!!! I have a very long road ahead of me as well....it's long, I can't see the end right now BUT I know I will be standing at the finish line one day!!0

You can go into your past weight entries and edit them so that it gives you a proper measure of success! Just go to your weigh in page and press 'Edit Previous Entries' from there you can change it or you can add a new measurement to a past date at the bottom of the page. Good job so far!! =D0
