Yes, a weekly weigh-in would be great to have. I've found that to be the most helpful part of these groups when doing this in the past. I can try to assist in making the shared spreadsheet if you need help. I think I remember how they've done it in the past :)

What's your name? I'm Justin W Why are you here? (What's your goal?) I lost a lot of weight with MFP before, and I can proudly say I've maintained that pretty well for over a year now on my own. I still want to lose a bit more, so I figured joining a group like this again should help me with the last few. Current weight:…

You can go over every now and then, and don't feel guilty about that! Especially if you are at or below maintenance calories, then you're okay for sure!

I do! My scale app kind of makes me feel bad for missing days, as they show up red and the "streak" is lost. I feel that because I'm aware weight can fluctuate, that I don't let jumps bother me so much.

Obviously I'm not a lady, but I saw you mentioned the Nike Free 5.0's. I run lift, etc in the same shoe and think they are great! Why switch? Just kidding, I know what it's like to want to try something new. Good luck in your search!

Hello, Is your goal to burn fat or run the marathon faster/without hitting the wall? I can't speak as to target heart rates for different zones. I typically try to stick to the carbs/calories/etc intake as set on MFP goals. When I run, I run as if I'm training for a race, and not so much with target heart rates in mind for…

I didn't make it. I fell short of my goal by 8 lbs. I was making a really good pace, but once Thanksgiving and such hit, I was pretty much maintaining, which is still good! I did lose about 15 lbs since this summer, so I cannot complain. I feel a lot better and look a lot better. I still need to lose another 30 or so. My…

I would spoon with chunky_nomore any day, even if she went back to not being chunky no more :)

I just add "strength training" which is an option under cardio and put in the minutes I did strength training. I usually shoot low on the time. Keep in mind, just because you are in the gym for an hour doesn't mean you lifted for an hour, it might only be 15 minutes of actual lifting.

When is the final day of the challenge, December 25 on the day? Or the 26th because that is a Friday?

Hey, why'd you cover up the pretty girl's face? C'mon man! But seriously, congrats. Hopefully I'll be joining you in saying I've made it in a few months!

Yes, safety first on a motorcycle.

This site will tell you how many you need to eat if you want to maintain, lose 1 lb per week, 1.5 per week, or 2 per week. Just put in your weight, height, age and gender and it will tell you!

If you do a cheat day, make sure to stay at or below maintenance calories, that way you don't gain. Try to limit the number of those days, though. Once you let yourself have one, it's really easy to slide again, and justify it more often.
