So I am 15 days into using MFP and I've been doing well eating 1220 calories or less a day. I've had a few days where I've gone over, but overall have maintained my <1220 goal. I'm a pre k teacher so my exercise and level of activity is fairly low as most of my activities require standing or walking. I am going to start hitting the gym next week and work in cardio and light weights at least 3 days a week. Here's to the future!

    You can go over every now and then, and don't feel guilty about that! Especially if you are at or below maintenance calories, then you're okay for sure!
