try staying away and dont even taste sweets cuz if you get a little taste yur gonns die to eat more and sweets have a loot of cals XD

just eat healthy and exercise frequently well i wasnt losing weight first then i tried eating back some of da cals i burn with healthy food and i lost a kilo thank god :)

hmm i recommend reebok shoes they are soo good and feel soft on the feet btw i wear converse sumtyms to da gym but it doesnt pain dat bad

ok that doesnt happen to me but i burn about 100 cals ok so i keep going on like this, i go for a low level wen i start after 2 mins i go for high then i stay on the high level for 1 min and then low level again for 2 mins so if you keep doing this it works and keep counting numbers in yur brain it keeps your mind away for…

hmmm.. avoid chocolate bars i mean like big ones lol! i ate dairy milk and it had 288 cals!! and avoid chocolate cake with frosting its with sooo many cals and avoid... hmm... lets see..... yah avoid mcflurry at Mcdonalds it has about 400 cals OMG!! and avoid all sorts of stupid sweets

I just recently read an awesome book called (the more you ignore me) by (jo brand) its hilarious and at the same time sad and it has a really awesome ending plus the book cover is really cool XD

awesome food and really helathy plus very delicious i always prefer apple as a snack cuz its good and fills my tummy quite fast and banana is great and i looove peanut butter <3 and carrots are great too

i dont get it ok see i normally eat 1200 cals a day and i burn 400 cals after eating 1200 cals i dont eat anything and im so not losing weight so what do i do?

Guys but i went to a site and checked my BMR and it says that i should eat atleast 1364 cals a day to lose weight so what should i do?
