hi, well today i went to school and after school was over i was waiting outside of school for my dad to come, he took around umm well lets say 45 mins to come and i was just walking around in the heat of 40 degrees and i was sweating like hell so does anybody have any idea how many cals i burned :)

OK so heres the deal i have to consume atleast 1346 calories a day to lose weight , so ok i eat those but i even burn 400 to 500 cals at the gym too but i dont eat back the calories i burn so in the starting i lost 1 kilo cuz of this but later i gained it back :( so what should i do eat back the cals i burn or just not eat…
