hi,
well today i went to school and after school was over i was waiting outside of school for my dad to come, he took around umm well lets say 45 mins to come and i was just walking around in the heat of 40 degrees and i was sweating like hell so does anybody have any idea how many cals i burned :)

    If you knew how fast you were walking, or how far, you could figure it out more easily. At a conservative assessment, I'd use MFP's calculation for 2 MPH for 45 minutes. The heat doesn't make much difference in your calories burned.

    Or you can use "shopping" - lots of walking and standing :wink:

    I'd suggest getting a pedometer. I have one and I put it on first thing in the morning, and then record my steps on Wii Fit or in an excel sheet right before I go to bed. They also have ones that tell you how many calories you've burned and how many miles you've walked.
