48 y/o female 5'6" SW: 270+ CW: 197 GW: 140 started march 27 2012. I put a plus beside my start weight because I refused to get on the scale. I had already started losing weight when I decided to finally weigh. Stupid I know.

Daily in am. Keeps me under control. But record q week.

My thyroid quit on me too. Yes if I dont take my meds all hell breaks loose and I gain weight. If I take my synthroid daily, im normal. No issue. No excuse.

It would of never made it home. Would of trashed it at the first dumpster I came to.

According to WW it counts if it doesnt have caffeine due to the diuretic effect. Stop being so rigid. Water has not been a huge factor in my weight loss. Crystal light, fruit infused water etc... but im doing just fine.

Orville and his 100 calorie smart pop kettle korn has saved me many of a day from binging on higher calorie foods especially at night. I add it into my daily 1200 calories. And it works. Great source of fiber. And has helped me lose 60 lbs. Great snack option!

I eat an egg white/turkey sandwhich on low cal toasted wheat bread every morning. I stir a few jalapenos in for flavor. Great easy, fast breakfast. Sundays, a huge egg white omelette with tons of fresh vegis.

Gee I'm so sorry. Glad ur going to the dr. I understand ur struggles w/ weight loss. Thinking eating 700 calories you should be skinny. But you have turned your metabolism off. Up it to 1200 a day. You will start to feell back in control, and you won't have to throw up.

Asian friend gave me this salmon recipe. One piece of salmon. Sprinkle w/ginger lemon pepper and tsp brown sugar. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Finish w/splash of lemon juice. So easy and good
