Why would adding each thing you're putting in be inaccurate? Just make sure you're weighing the amount you're adding and it should all work out in the end.

5'7", last time i dropped weight I plateaued at 190 for a really long time, no matter how long I spent in the gym. That was a hard mark to get under. I'm hoping it'll be easier this time. I'm about 39 pounds away from Onderland.

If you don't have the MFP app for your mobile, I recommend it. It's quick, easy, and has a barcode scan feature. A few days of "screw it" is fine, but if it's a week or two, I think you should definately still keep an eye out. Maybe not as much because it's vacation, but be mindful of what you're putting in to your mouth.…

I chose not to have a vanilla latte. (250 cals) and went for the regular drip coffee with a touch of soy milk. (~25 cals.) I grumbled then, but feel great about it now after looking at my macros.
