If you want to avoid the heat from the oven. I put a non stick pan on high and spray it with some pam. Let it get hot, slide your "pizza" into the pan, cover, and shut off the burner. In under 5 minutes you have a crispy crust and melted cheese. We uses this for late night snacks all the time.

Take a walk I walk on my morning and afternoon break and 45 min at lunch. I get about 3-5 miles in a day.

I started at a 52 DDD and now a 42 D, I found I lose symetrically. I really wish I knew a way to get rid of my arm flab.

Love the show. I was amazed by the weight losses last night. I am glad that they explained the monitor thing they wear on their arm. I really wonder how many calories they burn in a day. It would be cool if we could see their journals of exercise and food intake.
