Hello all. Looking to expand my network and include my wls into it.

I had RNY bypas on 6/6/7 and have lost 117 pounds since then. This looks like it might be a fun place.

    It is alot of fun and the motivation is great here i am very happy I came here a little over a month ago and I have cried on shoulders and vented alot but I have not gained a pound i have had weeks where i have only lost 4 oz (last week) but the people here are great and the best

    Hi Pam! I too had RNY on January 21st of this year. This site is wonderful, especially to track our protein intake!! I had my 8 month checkup yesterday and I've lost 126lbs so far. The trackers on this site are super, keeps you in check!!!!:bigsmile:
