There are alot better shakes on the market than Slimfast. They are convienent and don't taste bad, but they are higher in sugar and low in protien, unless you get the high protien or carb concious ones. I drink alot of herb decaf tea. My dr says anything calorie and caffine free counts towards water. Find different flavoring for water, wedges of fruit like: Lemons limes orange grapefuit Slices of cucumber I drink alot of peppermint tea, I have tummy issues and it is one thing that soothes me.

I use about 1/2 cup of frozen fruit. Depends on the fruit too. Peaches generally take more to get a good peach taste. In regards to the other question about singles, it is a box of 6 or 8 single servings per box. They are found in with the boxed jello pudding mixes. They have been on the maket for 4 months or so. Ocean spray drink mixes instead of full sugar juices. At 5 calories for 16 oz, its a great substitue and I don't feel like I am missing a thing. Walmart brand, apple, sunrise orange and cranberry apple are good too!

Taco soup - someone posted the recipe here a month or so ago, and I make large pots and it freezes well. I eat it 2-3 tmes a week.

I really don't like Heba. NBC has the recap with pictures posted. They also have before and after of the latest that were booted. Not sure who I want to win at this point.

I also use this with a one step angel food cake mix. It makes it spongy type of cake. Great topped with cool whip and some toasted coconut.

I know someone who does them in the slow cooker overnight. She says they freeze well too.
