I got this for Christmas and made the Life soup, but didn't write down the nutritionals. Does anyone have the book handy so that I can log my lunch today?

    sparkpeople.com has a recipe calculator many of us use to get the nutritional value on recipes..might try there:happy: ...there's another one too but at the moment I can't recall the name of it.:ohwell:
