It says yearly - I took the plunge - I am loving cf but really want to knock out my fat and from what everyone says it looks like I need some specific guidance! A lot of this is a foreign language to me so I am winging it! Ha!

Exactly! Water is a GOOD thing! As I mentioned, it is safe to drink up to half of your body weight in ounces of water a day and no more than 130oz per day! Like you said - the benefits of water are much more than weight loss! I also try to drink all of my water by 6pm. That way I am not up all night and I am not struggling…

I do include flavored water but have eliminated sodas and coffee over the last few weeks. I am pleased with my results and drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water doesn't cause water toxicity or whatever has been implied. I will keep on meeting me goals because it is working for me! To each their own :)

I definantly find myself succeeding at the scale when I drink half of my body weight in water! Maybe it's because it flushes toxins and sodium and/or maybe it's because I feel full most of the day. My iron levels and sleep study was fine. I know Doctors dole out drugs, but I had hoped mine would say something besides "take a pill". I am off sugar, bad carbs, and pretty much any drink besude water. That alone has been awesome for me! I def proving him wrong bc diet pills arent the answer for me at least!

And my main point is that my doc's solution gave me zero energy and he had me popping pills and charged me every month to say the same thing even though I was eating right and all!

I don't know that song - but I do know my weight loss is solely a result of MY actions and my attitude determines jus how much effort I put in! Results of my 8 day challenge: Down 8.39#, Lost 6.9", 1.1% body fat, & BMI down 1.2% ... yup - in EIGHT days! I CAN DO THIS! (and so can Y O U!)

I am starting mine tomorrow! I have 2 friend who have list 18 & 20# in their first month. I am excited to see if this is the jumpstart I need to get back on track! :) How have you done so far?
