Water, water, water!
Water check! Where are you on intake? I am at 80oz! 20 to my goal! I am learning something about myself - if I drink most of my water throughout the day and before 5, I am more likely to reach my goal. Having more than 16oz to drink before bed de-motivates me and I often stop short of my goal. Anyone else like that?

Christmas pics Dec 2010/Dec 2011 (Down 44 pounds)
So here's a direct comparison from a year ago! I am a Realtor and we take a group photo every Christmas. Sorry the 2010 is a grainy photo! Pretty cool to see the difference! I started MFP in July 2011. My highest weight was 243 and I was 199.8 in the 2011 pic!
