Me too. I don't agree that MFP is realistic on protein. I posted a question about it myself, as I am fairly new at this.

I ordered the broiled flounder at Red Lobster with baked potato without butter or sour cream and according to MFP tracker it was very low in calories.

I used to do workouts before breakfast, until one day I passed out and ended up in the ER.They could not find anything wrong with me, they attributed it to working out on an empty stomach. It was a very bad experience, now I always make sure to eat something before my early morning workout.

I just started tracking my food for most of the same reasons you are tracking and also am amazed that 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast and PLAIN greek yogurt with fresh berries just abouts puts you over on sugar. It makes me more aware of sugar, but if only fruits and plain yogurt puts me over, I don't worry about it too much.

I am brand new as well, just started today. I am trying to lose 8-10 pounds. I don't even know no it works adding friends, etc. also, if you eat the same food for breakfast e.g., can you add that as a favorite? Thanks for any help.
