Lynda you are awesome! Thanks for the post! I just crossed in to wonderland and have jumped between 199-201 for the last week and a half. I love the fact that it is a resistance work out, meaning the more you put in the more you get out. It is the perfect work out for me, because I know I an working out all of the core muscles as hard as…

Hello everyone! My name is Tasha, I am 25 years old. I have been married for 4 years and have an 18 month old son. I have struggled with my weight all my life, and have dieted since I was 13 with very little to no success. When I hit my highest weight ever in May 2011 (286.8 lbs) I decided enough was enough and I joined…

I get bad cramps and use a heating pad and a pain killer. Sometimes I try a hot bath and that normally takes them away.

I have found that if I don't fill up at water bottle and have in handy at home I never get enough water! The water bottle that I use has 3 cups in it so I drink 3 of them everyday. You might try something like that. The new month long challenge sounds great! I would totally be up for that!

Don't apologize for venting... Sometimes we just need to talk things out instead of eating out emotions! A half pound during TOM is not bad, I gained 2lbs during TOM this month, and they were magically all gone yesterday. Hang in there, I am sure once TOM is gone you will see that you LOST during TOM. Hope you start to…

My motivation is my son. I want to be healthy and set a good example for him! He is SO active and I don't want to be the Mom that has to sit and watch instead of being out playing too. So that is why I am here, to get healthy and fit to be an active mom!
