    I only get 1 point for food yesterday, as I didn't do any of the exercises and I eat after 7:30 every night.

    2 lb loss for the week and a 9 lb. loss for the challenge. I am SUPER excited about this! I know that without a doubt, without the "push" of this group, I would not have done as well as I have done. Thank you so much for all of your support & encouragement. I am psyched about the next challenge!

    These last 9 lbs have been really hard to lose. Its been a constant battle with my body and my mind, Im so glad that I had all you ladies to turn to when things weren't going the way I wanted them to be. Im so excited that I have lost another almost 10 lbs and am getting closer and closer to my next mini goal, I know that taking it easy and losing the weight at a slower pace is good and healthy for my body, but I just want it gone fast! Trying to be patient and dilligent has been the hardest thing for me and I surely could not have done it without y'all! Super psyched for the next challenge and so glad that most of you are going to be a part of it, as well as all the other great people we are going to meet. Excited to see whats in store for all of us in the future, I know we are all going to rock out this next challenge and the pounds are just gonna fly off!

    OK So I wanted to share some pics...they arent very great but they do show some results. The first one is from May before I started even thinking about losing weigh, the other is taken today. A difference of 26 lbs and quite a bit of belly fat!

    I am kind of upset with myself that I have been so out of touch this past week; not the supportive person I want to be at all! :grumble:

    BUT, I must say that I am so proud to call you guys my friends; you are some amazing women and I hope that I will not loose contact with you-

    I weighed myself this morning and I am at 145... haven't been that weight since 8th grade (actually before I think...) Kind of dumbfounded and still not "feeling" like a fit person; guess that's all part of the journey!
