I think you're safe with "lightly active". I myself have a sit-down job but I'm up many times a day to get things from the printer, but I also try to work out 6 days a week for 45 minutes a day. I put myself down as "lightly active" too. The thing is, the more "active" you report yourself, the more calories you're allowed…
