I'm new to this

I am new to this. I have tried several workout programs and none seem to give me what I want. A friend sent me this site, I'm hoping to get good advice and ideas to help me reach my goals. I want to tone and lose some inches. Every workout I have tried in the past have made me lose inches where I don't want to. I have less energy and can't seem to push myself into working out. I want somebody to help push me and help boost my confidents. My friends either have different schedules or have no interest in working out. Any ideas, I welcome all suggestions.

    Hi, Ive been using the app on my phone for a few months now but have only started using the website for a few days.

    Yesterday i came across a thread called 'the ultimate 30 day shred results' its everyones results from a Jillian Michaels DVD and they are sooo impressive, ive ordered the dvd! ! I hate exercise and go through phases of different diets and fitness classes which never last. But i really want to lose some inches and tone up and its looks as if this may have the answers! (or maybe im hoping for a miracle!).

    Its a 30 day program, consisting of a 20 minute workout everyday (the workouts seem pretty tough, but no pain no gain!) and theres 3 levels- so you do 10 days at level 1 and 10 days at level 2 and so on!

    So just though id suggest it, there are brilliant reviews about it and it only costs £5.99 on Play.com with free delivery!
