I'm not so new either...... but just got back on it today..... I've gained 20 of the 79 lbs I had lost and I'm totally disgusted with myself for allowing it to happen! I need someone who is more then willing to call me out and keep my butt motivated (as I will do the same).. Feel free to add me!

hahaha about 4 times a day... in the morning, when i get home from work, after dinner, and before bed. yeah i know its obsessive but I dont care. I've been successful thus far. Keeps me in check!

I've tried a variety of thermogenics and all of them have made my heart race, or I've gotten too hot for my own comfort, or I had crazy other side effects. I use something now- that hasnt given me any side effects, increased my energy, its got all natural stuff. Much better now :)

I've been using skin tightening wraps they are awesome. Of course- cant ignore strength training unfortunately. these two together though have been amazing for me.

Oh the dreaded muffin top. I have been doing a lot of yoga, crunches(all types on a ball). I hear that insanity and 30DS also helps. I also use body wraps on my tummy :) I usually lose an inch or so.

I heart popcorn! I eat jolly time 100 calorie bags! They are awesome! Yay for it being healthy!? I mean its still a litle carby and has a higher sodium but its all good. :O)

Hate water with a passion. Water mixers make it much better though. I drink 16 cups on average with water mixers :)

seriously best thing I've found- and lots of people will say these dont work.. but i use them every week and I have proof they do.... skin tightening wraps. Its just amazing. I still do strength training and ab work etc... but its spectacular.

That has honestly been one of the most rewarding benefits to losing weight! The shoes available in size 10 wide and not nearly as cute as my size 8 1/2 feet now! I think by the time I'm done I will be a 7! Who knew!?!!? Congrats!
