Almost everyone on this forum is or has experienced the same thing :) You aren't alone! I've been thinking of adding in something like Naked Juice daily so I can up my calories with juice instead of more food volume

I have found keeping my macros in line really has improved my ability to keep cheat days in check. The high protein keeps me very full. Welcome to the group :) One of the more experienced members can chime in on your totals, but you should never be eating less than your BMR. You may need to do a 15% cut instead of the 20% brings you below your BMR figure

i tend to avoid cooking as well .. couple things I like to keep around are hard boiled eggs natural peanut butter and polomer fruit and fiber jelly (ill have pb&j sandwiches for breakfast to avoid cooking sometimes lol) quaker oats instant oatmeal weight control (nuke the water and eat!) and if you have a wawa by you, you…

I did the first workout today and it went surprisingly well. I brought my book, re-read each exercise and description before doing the set, ignored everyone around me and just did it. I was pretty happy with myself for not shying away :)

Hi and welcome to the group :) Did you check the scooby calculator for your calorie recommendation? your tdee is determined by the number of hours you exercise not the type of exercise you do.

I don't have huge loses, but my answer is no. I started at 1200, lost a bit then stagnated for months until I found a link that brought me to this group. Upp'ed my calories and finally starting to see a downward trend again.

previously when i was eating 1200 cals, it said i would lose... i didn't. now im eating 1900, it says ill gain.. i haven't, i lost

That made me smile. It would make my year if I ended up with six pack abs before he did. I've never in my life not had some sort of belly fat. I'm afraid of setting that as goal, but who knows what can happen with this plan. I never step foot in a gym or lifted a weight before this group.

I deal with this at home almost daily. I'm heavier than my boyfriend and have been told for months while I wasn't losing weight that I need to eat less calories and I must be cheating. Yep, i sure do, especially with the increased protein. I have to make absolutely sure i get 30g of fiber when I eat 100g of protein. I think I need to increase it in comparison with addition grams of protein.
