No more than 2 pounds per week. About 2 years ago I ate about 300kcals a day for about 4 months lost around 5 stone. But you just put it back on and hence why Im back here doing it properly. Dont make the same mistake I did. Slow and steady, change you lifestyle and dont think of it as a diet

What is that?

This isn't great long term advice, but lick your finger, put it in a bowl of splenda or zero calorie sweetener and spread it across your gums, it keeps a sweet taste in your mouth for a hour or two

You're not logging your calories (on mfp anyway) thats most probs why

If you want to lose weight. Scan the barcodes of all the stuff you eat with the app. Dont eat out and do some exercise. and just eat a calorie deficit

If you stick to the alli rules, which is dont eat a high fat diet (more than 15g per meal) then you wont get any of the nasty side effects people talk about. It could help you lose an extra one pound per two you usually lose. Ive just started and I havent had any side effects and am losing weight.
