When I quit counting my calories, I tend to go down the same old paths and tend to gain weight, as I do less and less counting. I find myself coming back here to get back on track.

I don't go by weight anymore. I once dropped to 10lbs less then my goal weight of 200 lbs. I felt the same as you did. So I went and got dumb bells, and then I started lifting and gained 15 lbs back.

That is why I don't weigh my self anymore. I use measurements, because my scale would be the same 3 times in a row, and after the goddess visit I would always gain weight.

When I started almost 8 years ago. I don't know if they still do a dummy drag, but we carried a 140 lbs dummy 30 yards to simulate a crash and unresponsive burn victim, we did an indoor obstical course, a 6 foot wall jump, 1.5 mile run, pushups, situps. Thanks for all the advise... Combat- insanity are on hold for now. I have been using the elliptical while paying madden to restrict the use of my arms. Even after vacuuming there is still a bit of pain. Blah that is what I get for over doing it.

I work through it as best as I can. My lower back always hurts so that I can deal with. last week I tweeked my wrist and couldn't hardly move it. I just babied that side and did more with the other side....

I did plyo today and it made me do a nice workout. Insanity got me ready for today, just the upper body seems to kill me

Some days are worse then others for me. Depending what I eat the day before, crappy foods, seem to make me struggle more with soreness. After my workout I like to have something chocolate. Milk, shakeology, protien bar, or oatmeal bar. Chocolate seems to sooth and taste great after a workout.

I take off my fitbit and use a heart rate monitor. But you are double counting calories.

It seems I tend to go with freinds that do the same workout type video's or other fitness related work outs. I like freinds that are supportive and also help keep me on my toes.

I do about 90% paleo, I use the 10 for dairy. I dont have any problems with it. I love it and I have lost about 70 lbs.

I have been in mantience mode for about 2 months. It's a stuggle, i keep logging but not as much as I did before. I fluecuate weight regularily now. I was down to 190, and now it bounces around. I'm going back to logging everything and restarted working out.
